PRESENTATION FOLDERS
A printed presentation folder keeps a proposal, price sheet and supporting documents together. Your branding appears on the cover, while the pockets hold the loose inserts. It is a useful option for sales packs or welcome information that changes regularly, because individual sheets can be replaced without reprinting the whole pack.

WHEN A FOLDER HELPS
A folder adds value when it solves a real handling problem, not simply because a pack needs a cover.
A short brochure may be better handed over on its own. A proposal with a covering letter, price sheet, forms and supporting material is different: the recipient needs to understand what belongs together and be able to return to it later. A folder can create that order while protecting loose sheets through meetings, travel and storage.
The same logic applies to onboarding packs, property information, event material and customer documentation. When the contents change regularly, a reusable folder can hold updated inserts without requiring the whole pack to be reprinted as one publication. When every page is fixed, a brochure or bound document may be the simpler choice.
The pocket layout should make the main document easy to find and keep the other inserts together. A business-card slot may be useful when the pack needs a named contact. The right choice depends on the contents, so the approximate combined thickness is as important as the size of the sheets.

Brochures, product sheets, forms and a business card can be presented as one organised set.
Documents used at different times can stay together after the initial handover.
FIT + FINISH
A folder should close comfortably, hold its inserts securely and make the printed design feel part of the construction.
Capacity matters. A shallow pocket may suit a brochure and one loose sheet, while a substantial tender or welcome pack needs more room. Pocket position affects which material remains visible, and a business-card slot should hold the card without obscuring the information around it. The closed size also needs to make sense for documents, envelopes or bags used with the pack.
Artwork, folds, pockets and slots share the same physical space. Good results avoid logos crossing an unintended fold, important copy disappearing behind a pocket and inside print ending in an awkward place. Stock and finish should suit whether the folder is for one presentation, an event pack or repeated sales use.
Fastprint confirms the proposed construction, printed areas, available stock and finish with the quote so the artwork and finished folder can be assessed as one item. The insert list and approximate thickness give that discussion a real basis, even when the final pocket depth or material has not yet been selected.
The pockets hold the full insert set without bulging or allowing loose pieces to escape.
Frequently used or important inserts remain easy to see and remove.
Folds, pockets and card slots support the design rather than cutting through key content.
The stock and finish suit the expected life of the folder and the way it will be carried.
GET A QUOTE
List what the folder must hold and the approximate combined thickness. Add the preferred closed size, pockets, card slots, printed areas, quantity and artwork when known, plus the delivery destination and required date. A photograph or marked-up sample is useful when an existing folder needs to be matched.
