Names, ID numbers and photographs can be thermally printed from an agreed data file.

A staff or visitor ID card helps people recognise who someone is and why they are on site. A clear name, photograph and role are often more useful at a glance than a crowded card. Fastprint prints these details on a standard CR80 card, with numbers or codes where needed. Any electronic access function has to match the site's own system.

Clear identification at a glance
Staff cards may need a person's name and role, while visitor cards may need a large visitor label, number or expiry date. The information should be arranged so the most important part is easy to see when the card is worn. Fastprint can check the layout and attachment requirement before the final card is agreed.
Barcode, stripe or smart-card option
A printed barcode, magnetic stripe or electronic credential does not make the card work with every security system. The required technology comes from the system provider and needs to be checked before compatibility is promised.
Clip and lanyard preparation
A slot or hole can be included where the attachment and card construction allow it.
